Founded by James McLellan, Peak is a fully Licensed and Registered surveying practice operating across New South Wales and Victoria. From the earliest planning stages to the turning of the first soil and beyond, we offer clear advice, dependable service, and a singular focus on surveying.

We’re based in Albury Wodonga and work across the region, including Indigo Shire, Greater Hume Shire, Rural City of Wangaratta, Federation Shire, Moira Shire and Alpine Shire. Living and working along the state border between NSW and Victoria gives our team a unique perspective and knowledge.
We have the tools.
We use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver precision 3D modelling, known as 3D laser scanning, for our clients. We use drones and LiDAR sensors to map vast areas. These technologies can significantly enhance the accuracy and detail of information you need for building construction design and engineering surveys.
We are registered.
Every survey is undertaken by a fully Licensed and Registered Surveyor. This distinction matters: only Registered (NSW) and Licensed (VIC) professionals can legally define property boundaries and complete subdivisions. With over 17 years’ experience and a reputation for clear communication and dependable service, we deliver results you can trust.
